Endless day

Feign  smiles  and socialize for the nectar of umbilical love

Vanishing Travancore districts on window-shades  in painful rumination

Teary tales of broken dreams of the co-traveler  flowing into swollen Nila

Charming moon-face cradled by Malabar Monsoons

Helpless roar in the graveyard of silence

Hands in filth  dancing in self-revenge

Healing musical steering in Punjabi fusion

Rabaa! The Dervish shall whirl to the fullest in this endless day

Faqira tastes defeats sips your divine nectar of Hope

Let this day do not end

Bharahm

 Ya Humsafar! Teri Yeh Muskurahat

Har Ulajh par Barkaraar

Raat, Khauf, aur Tauba ki Aansoo

Khudaya! Yeh Rehmat ki Barsaat

Rabba Sacheya ! Tera Karam Mera Bharahm!

Time

You can't steal my smile

You have to bear me laugh

You have to stand my happiness

You won't be able to ignore my existence

You will see me unveil my sources of love

You will soon grant me sloth and slumber

Before that, let me live this moment, TIME.

You

 You are the ever-updating playlist

You are the involuntary dancing feet

You are the places you wandered

You are the strangers you met

You are the books hoarded to fake depth

You are the smiles you created

You are your  heartfelt laughters

You are your tears in silence

You are the love with your world

You are the quarrels with the divine

You are the dreams denied

You are NOT what you were told

Yesterday's rain

Yesterday it rained
I opened my umbrella
to hide from the rain
of the trees walking
on the wet tarmac
I saw pools of water
over which sunrays played
I thought I can match them
 with my tears everynight
Then the previous night
 I sat near that window
when my hairlocks  flowed in the monsoon wind
the raindrops sprayed onto you so romantic
drowning my giggles
recalling those moments of ecstasy
my chat-chatter over the new mobile
Then the next morning
I would literally fly through the air from home
like the girl in that TV 'ad'
less for the boredom of academics
more for the meeting in the corridors,
cafeteria or the woods behind the classrooms
 Yesterday when it rained
The sound of the rain could drown my sobs
I took in my cupped hands
 pure pearl-like raindrops
to soothen the red swollen patch on my face
after the slap gifted by the same hands
